We are fully leased through July 2020.  We are expecting, possibly one or two of our 3 bedroom townhomes, to become available sooner than August 2020 as those residents have already informed us of their plans for an early departure.  So please check back for notice of changes and availability.

For the upcoming 2020 year, we expect to begin interviewing new prospective residents at the beginning of March 2020 for the following August 2020 thru July 2021 term.  You are welcome to contact us earlier by phone or email if you would like and we will place your name on a priority contact wait list as we generally accept new residents in the order they contact us.

 

The application process consists of a interview and if you'd like, showing you around the Creekside property so you may determine if living at Creekside is a good fit for you.  We do not ask you to fill out an application or charge any kind of application fees.
